The interior of the villa
The villa accommodates 6 to 8 people, so it’s ideal for two families or a family vacation with friends. The property has nearly 11,000 square feet.
The ground floor contains a large kitchen and dining room, a spacious living room and a double bedroom with a lavatory and a storeroom, while the first floor includes two double bedrooms with separate terraces offering a view of the surrounding Istrian hills and separate bathrooms.
All the rooms are air-conditioned and have Wi-Fi.
Every detail has been carefully selected and they all come together to create a delicate and inconspicuous backdrop for relaxation characterized by a gentle interplay of grey, brown and golden shades.
Space communicates with us even though we are not aware of it. Everything here is in its place, which is why a stay in Vistra is so fulfilling and enjoyable.
What makes it special is the particular play of colours: the silver of the stone and some browns with a hint of gold – sophisticated, delicate and elegant.
Royal treatment

It's a special experience to watch a smart TV built into such a stone structure. With extra soft blankets and a sofa for the whole family, you have everything you need for a comfortable afternoon.
Even though you’re on a holiday, you can enjoy making meals for your family thanks to a spacious kitchen. It’s white and airy, it gets a lot of sunlight and it’s fully equipped for cooking.
What makes this villa special is the fact that it can house several families, while allowing everyone to enjoy their privacy in rooms with separate terraces offering a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.
Beauty is in the details, and it is these details that especially fill us on vacation. In the bedroom you will enjoy this harmony - from designer bedside tables, a play on curtain materials, chandeliers, vases, unique paintings on the walls to luxurious beds with soft bedding made of top-quality Turkish cotton. Each bedroom also has a TV with satellite receiver.
Your pets are also welcome. There is a special place for them and food bowls in the same tone have been prepared.
Note: We mow the grass and clean the pool every 7 days.
Vistra garden
Enjoy a sunset on the terrace among illuminated olive trees with a fire crackling in the grill. When it gets dark, you can play with the smart lighting and create an atmosphere to your liking.
Turn on the waterfall in the pool and have a swim in the water illuminated by turquoise lights. A night swim is a remarkable experience that you’ll remember all year.
After dinner at the large garden table, you can relax with a drink or read a book in the separate lounge.
The property includes a canopied parking space for a couple of cars.
