You are located at the very end of the village of Kaštelira and therefore it is ideal for anyone who wants to take a break. The peace here is inspiring. It is an excellent choice for all families who want privacy and live a healthy lifestyle.
Villa Vistra 2 combines all the best of Istria in one view - you will experience a beautiful sunset, see the sea in the distance, and yet be surrounded by Istrian greenery and look out over the vineyards.
While you are having breakfast on the terrace, all you can hear is the singing of birds and the small tractor of the nearby local herb farmer. Here you are surrounded by family farms of fruit, vegetables, local products and Istrian delicacies such as truffles, olive oil or honey.
Villa interior
The villa has capacity for 8 people and two parking spaces are included. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a smart TV and a kitchen with a practical and comfortable kitchen island and bar stools. There is a special emphasis on the communication of the rooms - the living room and the kitchen are open, some can prepare brunch, and others can relax in a common environment.
Upstairs are two bedrooms with wonderfully comfortable beds, separate bathrooms and terraces with a table and chairs, which also gives a touch of privacy during family gatherings. The downstairs bedroom is particularly attractive, as it has external terrace doors that lead directly to the pool, and there is also a separate toilet.
Pet friendly
The garden features a covered outdoor dining area with a large table for the whole family and a covered barbecue area. Comfortable sun loungers are available for sunbathing by the pool and enjoying nature. Every detail has been carefully thought out for your enjoyment.
The night lighting is specially designed to highlight the olive trees and the pool water.
